Rates:
Ongoing individual therapy sessions are $128 - $153.
I respect your time! Sessions start and end on time.
Insurance Clients:
I am "in-network" with Optum/United Healthcare (also Oscar and UMR), Aetna and Cigna. I can bill these insurance companies directly for you.
If I am not "in-network" with your insurance company, I can provide you with a super bill if you choose to pursue reimbursement on your own.
Cancellation Policy:
When you schedule an appointment, that time is set aside for you. Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. If you have an emergency come up, please give as much notice as possible. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a missed appointment fee of $50.
